     RESEARCH The unique independent record label '4AD' is a record label within the UK, found in 1980 by Ivo Watts-Russell and Peter Kent. The record label has started with both of them but ended up which only being partnered with one, when Kent sold his shares to Watts-Russell.  The initial plan for this independent record label was purely to have a line up for the other record label 'Beggars Banquet' which therefore secured a place at this label after being at 4AD as a concrete placement for the artists to begin from and enlarge gradually. The record label very gradually grew as many artists got signed with them such as Throwing Muses and Pixies, with their American rock music.  How does the company work within the music industry?
